By creating an account and using Vida, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Vida is a wellness tracking and community platform. It is designed to help you understand your own patterns, connect with others, and access educational information about perimenopause and menopause.
Vida is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI companion provides educational information and general wellness guidance based on your tracking data. It does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Always consult a doctor or qualified health provider for medical decisions, including decisions about medication, hormone therapy, or any treatment.
You must be 18 or over to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes. You may not share your account with others.
Vida's community is a space for women navigating menopause to support one another. By participating, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Vida offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Subscription pricing is displayed at the point of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Premium access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.
The content, design, and technology of Vida are owned by Vida and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter — your health records, journal entries, and community posts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vida shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
